Verwarm oven op 175 graden.

Crust: Rub the flour, salt, sugar and butter together in a large bowl using your fingertips. Sir in the beaten egg and vinegar and mix until the ingredients just come together as a dough. Wrap the dough in greaseproof paper and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. Unwrap. Place some greaseproof paper on a work surface. Place the dough on top then cover with another sheet of greaseproof paper. Roll the pastry between the sheets of greaseproof paper to a thickness of 1-2mm. (If you are confident rolling out pastry you do not need to use the greaseproof paper, but it does help prevent the pastry tearing if the dough is a little sticky). Line the pie pan with the crust. Bake in hot oven for 5 minutes.


Alles onder "Ingredients filling I" in een schaal mengen, dan alles onder "Ingredients filling II" toevoegen en een paar keer flink roeren. Giet het in taartbodem. Bak 45 minuten op 175 graden
